.........................................................................................................................................................
Razorsharp picking, UFO-testing-hangar riffing, hard-on drumming in waterbed, muscular bass snorting, Hollywoodian fictionized science and anti-war conspirationist lyrics. This must be the most technical of all Megadeth albums, also considered by many as the band's APOTHEOSIS. Fluently tight musicianship and high-tech Thrash structures crossed with futuristic machineries, celestial eidos-imageries and complex melodies. Little did I know, back when I was discovering Rust in Peace, that I would never hear again such a masterfully crafted and complex album of radiating, astral Thrash. If your deepest inner child is still more K.-Hammeth than D.-Mustaine, then you should ask mom to invite a sperm donor next time (if reincarnation there is), otherwise you will probably never grow a pair. Too bad!
