Anyone listened to Tom G Warrior's new album, Triptykon: Eparistera Daimones, yet? The songs on the Myspace page sound great - almost a combination of Celtic Frost jamming with Cathedral. Tom finally has that classic thick-as-molasses guitar tone again. Sounds great so far.

I'm listening to it right now, I can't say I'm delighted. 2-3 songs are enjoyable which is enough to welcome it, but imo comes too close to Monotheist, I mean the whole emotional charge and the atmosphere. You will understand when in the shop I can choze between two Portishead albums, The Doors - Strange Days (a 40th year anniversary edition) and Dodheimsgard (they are cheaper and look better than Triptykon).
