Jef Whitehead (Wrest) of Leviathan/LOC arrested
http://www.roadrunnerrecords.com/blabbe ... mID=152069
note: this is boulevard. Anyhow I thought it might be of interest that there will possibly never a Leviathan or Lurker of Chalice album again because of this incident.

Well I guess he didn't have any plans on recording new stuff with neither Leviathan nor Lurker... not that this helps though! I guess there will be problems working with VON GOAT and ... uhm, that other band he's in, the all-star one. Prison didn't stop Varg Vikernes so if he's sentenced to several years he still has that option (perhaps).
Pretty sadistic too: http://www.suntimes.com/news/crime/3229 ... eport.html
Guess that's what you end up with as an old heroine addict!

I was expecting that there will be a new Lurker-Album. The s/t was so magnificent and gained a good reputation within the underground music scene. This man has undeniable talents.
He is of course not guilty until proven different. This could also be some crazy slander by the women. In both cases it`s a pretty fucked up thing.
However, if he is guilty it makes his music even more authentic. To me it was always clear that the root of Leviathan could never be sane.
Von Goat? Is it good?

Deep issues could be the only source of that man's creations...
VON GOAT is actually pretty good. In some ways, the approaches are the same as the old VON material, the repetitiveness & simplicity, but the riffs are much more elaborate (not in a Deathspell Omega or Leviathan way though). More active drummer as well; Wrest's responsibility.

I thought Von Goat was bad but perhaps you want your black metal served in a different way than me.

Hi soon-to-be-Rockstar-Tentakel !
You know, Hexvessel made me come back and have a look at this great page and also the new Virus album. So I guess its again time for me for some avantgarde-madness. Great to see the freak zone is still alive.
Ok more in a PM soon (and in good old German).

Has there been any update on this? Very disappointing to hear. I absolutely love Tenticals of Whorror and the LOC album.
