(You download the program, and the plug-in for your media player and the program "scrobbles" the tracks to your profile creating charts with it. But it's more: music encyclopedia and music community. You also can listen to a lot of music on the last.fm pages, buy CDs and so on. The site lists you "neighbours" - people you don't know but your taste in music are similar - you can contact them of course. And there are the "friends" - I don't think I should explain what it means. )

Joined! Actually ended up signing on to Last.fm accidentally - someone (still don't know who) posted a bunch of my songs and created a Last.fm page of my "band".
Not that I mind, I'd just love to find out who did it.

Not that I mind, I'd just love to find out who did it. well the page is automatic. As long as someone with the plugin has listened to you, it creates a page. But as for the songs, I don't know where they come from.

You have to join, log in and upload them, ...
I've started doing that - I've go two of my albums uploaded, and plan to get them all up there so the rest of the last.fm world can suffer like you guys.
